Public offer

This document is an official offer of the sole proprietor Olga Dyadyushkina (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") to conclude a contract for the sale of goods through the online store located at: https://synopsiscollective.com/ (hereinafter - "Online Store"). In accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, placing an order or paying for the goods shall be deemed to be the Buyer's full consent to the terms of this offer and the conclusion of an agreement between the parties.

1. BASIC TERMS

1.1. Acceptance - the Buyer's full consent to the terms of this Agreement, expressed by placing an order or paying for the goods.
1.2. Order - the Buyer's request for the purchase of goods placed through the Online Store.
1.3. Online Store - the Seller's website at https://synopsiscollective.com/where the goods for purchase are presented.
1.4. Buyer - a natural or legal person who orders goods through the Online Store.
1.5. Product - products presented in the Online Store.
1.6. Price - the cost of the goods indicated in the Online Store.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the goods on the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. Title to the goods shall be transferred to the Buyer upon full payment and receipt of the goods.

3. PLACING AN ORDER

3.1. The order is placed by the Buyer through the Online Store by adding the goods to the cart and filling in the necessary information.
3.2. After placing the order, the Seller confirms it and notifies the Buyer of its readiness for shipment.
3.3. In case of unavailability of the goods, the Seller shall notify the Buyer and offer a replacement or refund.

4. PAYMENT FOR GOODS

4.1 Payment for the goods is made through the Fondy payment system or other payment systems offered by the Seller.
4.2 The price of the goods is indicated in UAH and includes VAT (if any).
4.3. The total cost of the order includes the cost of goods and delivery.

5. DELIVERY OF GOODS

5.1. Delivery of goods in Ukraine is carried out by the service "Nova Poshta".
5.2. International delivery is carried out by DHL Express (except for the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus).
5.3. The cost of delivery is calculated individually and paid by the Buyer.
5.4. Delivery time in Ukraine - 2-3 days, international delivery - 14-21 days.

6. RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS

6.1. The buyer has the right to return or exchange goods of good quality within 14 days from the date of receipt.
6.2. The goods must be in their original packaging, without traces of use, with all labels and documents.
6.3. Shipping costs for the return of the goods at the request of the Buyer shall be paid by the Buyer. In the event of a defect, the Seller shall cover the delivery costs.
6.4. Underwear that meets the proper quality is not subject to return or exchange in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection".

7. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES

7.1. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the actions of third parties (carriers).
7.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the ordering process.

8. FORCE MAJOR

8.1. The Parties shall be released from liability for failure to fulfill their obligations in the event of force majeure (military operations, natural disasters, epidemics, etc.).
